Without research being constantly active, it is not possible for technical capacity to meet the evolving marketing demand. At the Chemicals Research Center of Toyo Kasei Kogyo Co., Ltd, where we have been expanding products consisting mainly of sulfur compound, we have kept close vigil on the social trend and have continued to proceed our unique product development.
At our Chemicals Research center, we organize project teams by application categories (with main focus on organic compounds containing sulfur and nitrogen as well as synthesis of chlorinated polyolefin,) to be able to concentrate on research and development when necessary. We also send researchers to university research institutions and collaborate with each major company in new projects. We lay strong emphasis on improving the skills of our researchers and enhancing research environment both hard and soft. These constant efforts support the active development of fine chemical products.
